Directions For Use:
- Twist open the tampon along the center arrow. 
- Keep the outer wrapper on the upper part of the tampon. 
- Gently pull and rotate the string to allow the bottom of the tampon to expand into an umbrella-like shape. 
- Place your index finger into the base of the tampon and remove the wrapper from the top. 
- Insert the tampon at a 45º angle until it reaches a comfortable depth (approximately to the second knuckle of your index finger).
- To remove, gently pull the string forward and downward to remove the tampon.
 
Compositions: Viscose fibers, cotton cord, plastic film, tear tape. 

Cautions:
- If you are using a tampon for the first time, start with a small size. We recommend replacing the tampon every 2-6 hours. After you become familiar with your flow, you can adjust the replacement time accordingly. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours. 
- It may take 2-3 attempts to become familiar with proper insertion. If your first attempt is not successful, relax and try again.
- If the tampon feels full within 1-2 hours, you may consider using a higher absorbency tampon if needed. If it still feels dry after 4 hours, you may either continue wearing it (without exceeding 8 hours) or choose a smaller size/lower absorbency tampon.
- If you experience any discomfort during use, stop using the product immediately.
- This product is not flushable.
- Do not dispose of it in the toilet.
- Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is a rare but serious condition associated with tampon use. The risk of TSS may increase with higher absorbency. To reduce the risk, always use the lowest absorbency necessary and follow the instructions for use.
- Please store in a cool and dry place.
