Dettol Multi-Surface Disinfectant Spray (Morning Dew) 450mL

Dettol Multi-Surface Disinfectant Spray is proven against a wide range of bacteria, viruses and fungi. 

Product Features:

  • Freshness. 
  • Free from bleach. 
  • 72hr antibacterial protection. 
  • Kills 99.9% of germs.
  • Kills viruses in 30 seconds. 
  • Suitable for child and pet surfaces. 
  • Suitable for: Door handles, rubbish bins, toilets, kitchen surfaces, sofas, car seats, mattresses, mat, pet beds, shoes.

Directions For Use:

  • Shake can well. 
  • Hold can 15-20cm from pre-cleaned surface and spray surface until covered with mist.
  • Do not saturate fabric when using on soft surfaces.
  • Allow to air dry. No need to wipe.
  • Surfaces may vary in quality. Always test for suitability on a small inconspicuous area prior to use.
  • Do not use for polished wood, painted surfaces, leather or acrylic plastics.
  • Do not use on brass and copper.

Active Ingredient: Ethyl alcohol 47%. 

Cautions:

  • Extremely flamable aerosol.
  • Pressurised container, may burst if heated.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
  • Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
  • Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.
  • No smoking.
  • Do not spray on open flame or other ignition source.
  • Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
  • If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
  • If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
  • Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50ºC.
  • Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
  • Keep pets and exotic animals away during use. Wait until dry to bring pet back. Cover fish tanks or remove portable enclosures from the area during product application.
  • Only use as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling can be harmful or fatal.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
