Dettol Anti-Bacterial Wet Wipes kills 99.9% of germs! Dettol protects you anytime, anywhere! 

Product Features:

  • Pre-moistured with purified water.
  • Leaves your skin feeling fresh with a light fragrance after use.
  • Free from alcohol, silica, optical brightener, MIT, MCIT, mineral oil, parabens. 
  • Suitable for: Wiping hands on the go, before/after eating, for outdoor activities, before/after using the toilet, at offices and schools, in the car or while travelling.

Directions For Use:

  • Open resealable label and pull out the wipe.
  • Close resealable label firmly to prevent remaining wipes from drying out.
  • Wipe skin hygienically for 1 minute and let dry for 2 minutes, clean and dispose of wipe responsibly.

Ingredients: Aqua, propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, sodium benzoate, caprylyl glycol, lactic acid, benzalkonium chloride, tetrasodium EDTA, parfum, citric acid. 

Cautions:

  • Store in a cool dry place. 
  • Avoid swallowing or putting into mouth.
  • If irritation occurs, stop using immediately and seek medical attention.
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.
  • Close lid after each use to prevent drying.
  • After use, throw wipes in rubbish bin.
  • Do not flush down toilet.
  • For external use only.
  • Not to be used on babies under 1 year old.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
