Nasal Aspirator provides quick and gentle relief, helping your baby breathe freely once more. The device is intended to remove excess mucus from nasal passages of children with cold or rhinitis (including infants).

Indication: Removes mucus from baby's nose, helps to restore clear and free breathing.

Directions For Use:

  • Place soft tip at the entrance of baby's nostril.
  • Mother inhales through the mouthpiece.
  • After each use, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
  • Baby under 6 months: 2 times a day max. Before this age, do not exceed 2 washes in the same day otherwise you'll irritate your baby''s fragile nose. Do this only if the baby's nose is runny. 
  • Baby over 6 months: 3 times a day. If your baby is over 6 months old, you can clean his nose up to 3 times a day, even if it is not runny. 
  • Preferably before meals. 

Cautions: 

  • All parts can be boiled and sterilized. 
  • Please pay attention to the strength of solution when using liquid detergent. 
  • Only use for nose cleaning. 
  • Be gentle and patient to avoid causing discomfort to your baby. 
  • It's normal for babies to be a little fussy during the process, but it should provide relief. 
  • Using a saline solution before aspirating can help loosen mucus, making it easier to remove.
  • Consult your pediatrician if you have concerns about your baby's nasal congestion or if you're unsure about using an aspirator.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
