FreshKon® Clear Multi-Purpose Solution (MPS) cleans, rinses, removes protein, disinfects, lubricates and stores all soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses including cosmetic and Silicone Hydrogel contact lenses.

FreshKon® Clear is a Multi-Purpose Solution that has ionic molecules which combine with protein’s charged molecules and enhance the release of protein deposits from the lens. HPMC forms a lubricating shield on the lens, keeps in moisture and lubricates the lens to give long lasting comfort to your eyes.

Directions For Use:

  • Wash hands with oil-free soap and dry with lint-free towel before handling contact lenses. 
  • Apply few drops of FreshKon® Clear Multi-Purpose Solution on lens and gently rub for 20 seconds. 
  • Rinse lens thoroughly with FreshKon® Clear Multi-Purpose Solution and soak for at least 6 hours before next use. 
  • Rinse soaked lens with FreshKon® Clear Multi-Purpose Solution before wearing. 
  • Always empty lens case, clean with fresh solution and air dry before using. 
  • Change solution in lens case everyday even contact lens is not in use.
  • It is advisable to consult an eye-care practitioner before changing your lens care system.

Ingredients: A sterile, aqueous, isotonic solution containing poloxamer, edetate disodium (EDTA), hypromellose (HPMC), glycerin, boric acid, borax, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and polyhexanide. 

Cautions:

  • It is important to follow the instructions of your eye-care practitioner and the directions as indicated on the package and label for proper handling and lens care. Failure to do so may result in severe eye infection or loss of vision. 
  • If you experience any eye discomfort, irritation, pain and redness or blurred vision, remove the lenses and consult your eye-care practitioner immediately. 
  • Do not mix with other fluids except as directed.
  • Do not use concurrently with any eye medication except on medical advice.
  • Do not use if bottle is opened or tempered/damaged. 
  • Do not reuse or 'top-off' FreshKon® Clear Multi-Purpose Solution. 
  • Do not use with any heat (thermal) disinfecting method. 
  • To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip of the bottle to any surface. 
  • Keep the bottle tightly capped when not in use. 
  • Store at room temperature (15-30°C) and away from direct sunlight. 
  • Discard any remaining solution 90 days after first opening the bottle. 
  • Use before the expiry date. 
  • Do not expose or rinse lenses or lens case with any water or non-sterile solution.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not freeze. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
