Indications:

• Relief of heartburn and acid indigestion (also known as dyspepsia).
• Relief of symptoms of conditions eg, hiatus hernia and reflux oesophagitis (inflamed food pipe), including symptoms of laryngopharyngeal reflux such as hoarseness and other voice disorders, sore throats and cough.
• Treat symptoms of gastrooesophageal reflux during concomitant treatment with or following withdrawal of acid suppressing therapy.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults, including elderly and children above 12 years: 10-20mL (2-4 teaspoons) after meals and at bedtime, or as directed.
• Children below 12 years: Not to be given unless recommended by your doctor.
• Shake well before use.
• Can be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
• 2 hours interval between Gaviscon intake and other medicines.
• Do not refrigerate.
• Use within 6 months of opening.

Each 10mL contains:

• Sodium alginate BP 500mg
• Sodium bicarbonate 213mg
• Calcium carbonate 325mg
