Indication: For treatment of peripheral neuropathy and neuralgias.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults: Oral, 1 tablet daily, or as directed.
• Children: As directed by the physician. 

Ingredients:

• Thiamine mononitrate 242.5mg
• Pyridoxine HCl 250mg
• Cyanocobalamin 1mg

Cautions:

• Caution in patients with history of gout or hepatic disease.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage during self medication with Neurovit Forte Tablet; and follow physician’s directions if medication is prescribed.
