Dosage and Directions For Use:

Each gummy contains:

• Vitamin C 50mg
• Oat Fiber 4mg
• Mixed Fruits and Veggie Powder 8mg
• Soluble Fiber (Resistant Dextrin) 2mg
• Spirulina 2mg

Ingredients:
Sweetener (sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose monohydrate), water, gelling agent (gelatine (contains bovine), pectin), ascorbic acid, flavouring substances, mixed fruit and veggies powder 0.4%, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), oat fiber 0.2%, soluble fiber (resistant dextrin) 0.1%, spirulina 0.1%, colouring substances (allura red, tartrazine, sunset yellow, brilliant blue), glazing agent (vegetable oil (palm), carnauba wax).
Contains cereal (wheat and oat). Manufactured in a facility that also handles fish oil, milk and soy.
