Directions For Use:

• Remove the film attached to the gel. 
• The bottom part is the one with the deeper curve. 
• Attach the cooling gel sheet around closed eyes and rest for about 10 minutes. 
• Close your eyes during use. 
• Makeup may come off. 

Ingredients: Paraben, menthol. 

Cautions: 

• Wipe sweat off before use. 
• Do not reuse sheets once removed; adhesion will be reduced.
• Single-use only. 
• For enhanced cooling, refrigerate before use (do not freeze).  
• After opening, store unused sheets in the foil pouch and use promptly.
• Do not use if you are an infant, unable to make decisions on your own, unable to use the product properly, having thin or sensitive skin, suffering from any eye-area condition (inflammation, injury, swelling, eczema) or under treatment. 
• Use under supervision if you are a person with disabilities (guardian supervision required to avoid suffocation risk). 
• If it contacts eyes, rinse immediately with clean or warm water.
• If irritation continues, see an ophthalmologist.
• Stop at first sign of itch, pain, swelling, or rash.
