Morinaga Chil-kid Milk Formula Step 3 700g (For Children 1-3 Years)

Morinaga Chil-kid is a formulated milk powder specifically designed for growing children. Morinaga Chil-kid 3 is formulated with a mild vanilla taste, containing nutrients such as ARA + DHA, Nucleotides and GOS (dietary fiber), vitamins and minerals. It provides nutritional support for the growth and development of growing children.

Product Features:

  • High in protein which is essential for growth and development.
  • High in calcium that helps in development of strong bones and teeth.
  • Contains zinc that is essential for growth.
  • Contains vitamin D that is necessary for the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
  • Contains vitamin A that is essential for the functioning of the eyes.

Suggested Feeding Table and Preparation Instruction:

  • 1-3 years old: 6 scoops + 180mL boiled water (2-3 servings per day).
  • Boil clean water and allow it to cool. 
  • Pour 180mL of warm boiled water (40ºC) into cup/bottle and add 6 level scoops of Chil-kid 3 powder to it using the enclosed scoop. 
  • Stir or shake gently the capped bottle until the powder is completely dissolved. 

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry and clean place before and after opening.
  • Do not refrigerate.
  • Avoid pouring content into any container. 
  • Ensure the pack is folded and securely stored in an air-tight container after each use to preserve freshness and prevent contamination. 
  • Use the content before its expiry date and within one month after opening.

Cautions:

  • The concentration of standard dilution is 16.8% (w/v).
  • One level scoop (5.6g) should be dissolved in 30mL of warm boiled water.
  • Use only the enclosed scoop.
  • Give fresh preparation for every feeding and discard unused feeding.
  • Not intended for infants below 12 months of age.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
