Nixoderm ointment is a firm ointment that adheres to the skin. It is formulated to keep its active ingredients in contact with the skin for the maximum amount of time. This gives better results than liquids or thin, greasy applications that quickly run off. Benzoic acid provides good anti-fungal properties. Salicylic acid is a keratolytic agent which treats and prevents acne. Precipitated sulphur is a mild anti-septic, anti-fungal and parasiticidal agent.

Directions for Use:
Treatment for pimples, itch and rashes
After cleansing, apply gently but thoroughly a liberal amount of Nixoderm ointment so that the entire surface is covered. This should be done twice daily, in the morning and evening. The treatment should be followed for seven days then discontinued for three days and resumed for further seven days. Continue this pattern of treatment until the condition has cleared up.

Treatment for ringworm
Apply liberal amount of Nixoderm ointment twice daily, in the morning and evening. The treatment should be followed for seven days then discontinued for three days and resumed for further seven days. Continue this pattern until condition has cleared up. This is one of the most stubborn skin conditions, therefore it is recommended that treatment continue as long as it is necessary.

Active ingredients include: Benzoic acid, Salicylic acid, Precipitated sulphur.
Inactive ingredients include: Hard paraffin, Liquid paraffin, White soft paraffin, Titanium dioxide, Kaolin, Menthol.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 


We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 


    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
