Novalac Novamil Kid DHA is formulated with a complete blend of essential nutrients to nurture your child's cognitive and emotional development. Novalac Novamil Kid DHA is a growing-up formula for children that contains 66.9mg DHA, 14.4mg nucleotides (AMP, CMP, GMP, IMP and UMP), 3.9g GOS, 525mg Omega-3 and 4.8g of Omega-6 in every 100g of formula. 3 glasses a day will help meet the daily recommendation for DHA intake (FAO/WHO recommends daily dietary intake of 10-12mg/kg body weight for children 12-24 months and 100-150mg DHA+EPA for children 2 years old and above).Β

*Keep in mind, you will want around 30mL/1 oz of water for each scoop. Whilst the recommended serving is 7 oz to 7 scoops, 3 servings daily, your little one may prefer more or less formula milk each serving or more or less serving daily. Feel free to customize it to what your little one prefers whilst keeping to the suggested reconstitution ratio.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customerβs application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customerβs application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
