Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Add 6 scoops (60g) of Optimaxe Lite powder into 210mL of lukewarm water. 
• Stir until powder fully dissolved. 
• Recommended servings: 1-2 times daily for oral feeding as supplement as recommended by healthcare professional.
• Enteral feeding usage: Follow the instructions of a medical professional or dietitian. The dilution and volume to be used depend on the required consistency and feeding rate. Use a shaker to prepare the mixture. Pay attention to hygiene when preparing and serving to avoid contamination. 

Ingredients: 
Maltodextrin, concentrated milk protein (cow's milk) 17.5%, high oleic sunflower oil powder, inulin, isolated soy protein 6%, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), mineral mix (calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, copper, iodine, molybdenum, chromium, and selenium), vitamin mix (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B3, vitamin B8, vitamin B5, and vitamin B7), evening primrose oil, sweetener (INS 955/sucralose), and contains permitted flavouring substances. 

Cautions:

• Not suitable for individuals with high levels of galactose in the blood.
• Not suitable for children 6 years and below unless recommended by healthcare professionals.
• Contains vitamin K. Individuals taking warfarin should seek medical advice before consuming this product.
• Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. 
• Once opened, consume within 3 weeks.
