Dosage and Directions For Use: 

• Mix 1 sachet with 150-200ml room temperature water, stir well and consume. 
• Adults: Take 2 sachets per day for best results. 
• Children 5-8 years old: Take half a sachet per day. 
• Children 12 years old and above: Take 1 sachet per day.
