Vitamin D3 helps in normal development and maintenance of bones and teeth as well as helps the body utilize calcium and phosphorus.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Children above 1 year old: 1 capsule once daily.
• Adult: 1 capsule once daily.
• Can be taken by pregnant and lactating women.
• To be taken with food.
• For children who may not be able to swallow the capsule, squeeze the contents out onto food or drink.

Ingredients:

• One capsule contains vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 800 IU (source of vitamin D3: ovine)
• Excipients: Vegetable oil (olive), gelatin (source of capsule: bovine), glycerol (E 422) and purified water.
