Polident Daily Denture Cleanser (Whitening) Tablet 36's

If not cleaned daily, food particles and build-up can get stuck on your oral appliance, which can lead to unsightly stains and malodour. Removing your oral appliance daily can help relieve soreness and pressure from wearing them across the day, and enables optimal cleaning with a specially designed cleanser like Polident. 

Polident with more active power bubbles is a daily cleanser designed especially for oral appliances such as dentures, retainers, aligners and mouthguards. It cleans away stains and daily build-up leaving your oral appliance fresh, all while actively killing 99.9% of odour-causing bacteria that can damage your natural teeth and gumes. Use daily for a clean, fresh, healthy smile!

Directions For Use:

  • Drop one Polident cleanser tablet into enough very warm (not hot) water.
  • Add denture or removable oral appliance. Ensure it is fully covered by the soaking solution.
  • After soaking for 3-5 minutes, or overnight if preferred, rinse thoroughly under running water.
  • Discard remaining solution immediately after use.
  • For best results, gently brush the appliance with the Polident solution and avoid using toothpaste as it can cause scratches. 
  • Recommended to use with denture adhesive for strong hold, food seal and comfort. 

Ingredients:
Sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, potassium caroate (potassium monopersulfate), sodium carbonate, sodium percarbonate, tetraacetylethylenediamine, sodium benzoate, PEG-180, sodium lauryl sulfate, aroma, VP/VA copolymer, cellulose gum, Cl 42090, Cl 73015, Cl 19140.

Cautions:

  • Harmful if swallowed.
  • Causes serious eye irritation. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
  • Contains peppermint oil (subtilisin), may produce an allergic reaction.
  • Wash hands thoroughly after handling tablets or solution.
  • Keep out of reach of children and those at risk of accidentally swallowing the tablet or solution. 
  • If swallowed, call a poison control centre or doctor/physician.
  • Do not place tablets or solution in mouth. 
  • Do not drink cleansing solution or use it as mouthwash.
  • Do not touch mouth or eyes after handling tablets or solution. 
  • Do not use if you experience irritation or are sensitive to any ingredients. 
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use and get medical advice/attention.
  • Store in a cool, dry place below 30ºC.
  • Do not use if sealed pack is torn or broken.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
