Product Features:

Directions For Use:

  • At first use a small amount. Use more if needed.
  • Too much adhesive can cause oozing, apply less next time if this occurs. 
  • It may take you a few tries to find the right amount. 
  • Apply once a day for secure hold. 
  • If you need to apply more than once a day, seek advice from your dental care professional. 

(a) Applying

  1. Clean and dry your dentures.
  2. Apply in continuous strips, not too close to the denture edges.
    - Upper denture: One long continuous strip with two shorter strips in the middle.
    - Lower denture: One long continuous strip.
    - Partial denture: Two short strips.
  3. Rinse mouth.
  4. Press denture into place, hold firmly, and then bite down for a few seconds to secure hold.

(b) Removing

  1. Swish mouth with water.
  2. Slowly remove denture using a rocking motion. 
  3. Remove fixative residue from denture and mouth with warm water and soft brush. 
  4. Use Polident Denture Cleansers to thoroughly clean your denture and then rinse well with water.

Ingredients:
Poly(methylvinylether/maleic acid) sodium-calcium mixed partial salt, petrolatum blend, carboxymethylcellulose, mineral oil light. 
*Does not contain zinc. 

Cautions: 

  • Keep out of sight and reach of children. 
  • A few individuals may be sensitive or allergic to this product. If you experience an allergic reaction or discomfort, discontinue use immediately. 
  • Other side effects such as oral irritations and gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. nausea) may occur. 
  • Swallowing small amounts of this product, when used as directed, may occur and is not harmful. 
  • Ill-fitting dentures may impair your health. Visit your dentist regularly to check the fit of your denture. 
  • To keep tip from clogging, keep cap and nozzle dry. 
  • Replace the cap after use. 
  • Store below 30ºC. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
