Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults: Take 1-2 capsules once daily after meal.

Each 640mg capsule contains: 

• Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) fruit concentrate 250mg (providing Proanthocyanidins [PACs] 18mg)
• D-Mannose 250mg
• Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04 2mg
• Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 2.5mg
• Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-115 1.25mg
