Dosage and Directions For Use:
- Adult and children 12 years and above: One tablet once daily, taken after meal every morning.
- Dissolve effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200ml).
Ingredients:
- Vitamin C 1000mg
- Vitamin D 400 IU
- Zinc 10mg
