Reflusen is a medical device useful in the symptomatic treatment of all those states linked to gastro-oesophageal reflux (NERD, functional pyrosis, hypersensitive oesophagus to acid and non-acid reflux). Its viscous formulation, capable of adhering and covering the oesophageal mucosa, forms a protective barrier. Hyaluronic acid, a component naturally present in the extracellular matrices of our body, hydrates and protects the mucous membranes of the gastro-oesophageal tract and supports the process of reconstruction of the damaged epithelium. Magnesium Alginate, thanks to its film-forming properties, coats the mucous membranes protecting them from gastric juices, contributing to the reduction of the harmful effects of the same and to the burning sensation and irritation due to reflux episodes. 

Dosage and Directions For Use:

  • Adults: 1 stickpack sachet 2-3 times a day, preferably after meals. 

Ingredients: 
Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid sodium salt, magnesium alginate, mhyrr d.e. tit. 30% polysaccharides, water, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, guar seeds flour, arabic gum, xanthan gum, sucralose, aroma, citric acid. 

Cautions: 

  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Store the product properly closed and away from light and heat sources. 
  • Avoid contact with eyes. 
  • In case of concomitant therapy with other medications and/or medical devices, consult your doctor before using the product. 
  • For pregnant and lactating women, the use of the product should be limited to cases of real need and under the direct supervision of the doctor. 
  • Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to the present components. 
  • Do not use the product in association with quaternary ammonium compounds. 
  • Do not use the product for a period exceeding 30 consecutive days. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
