Secco Kinesiology Tape is a flexible and adhesive tape designed to provide support, relieve pain and enhance athletic performance. The tape may alleviate pain and discomfort by facilitating lymphatic drainage where the skin is 'lifted' using the tape. This in turn reduces localised pressure and supports healthy circulation at the affected area. Overall, this product provides structural support to the injured area and facilitates the body's natural healing process.

Directions For Use:

• Prep skin. The area should be dry and free of oil, sweat and lotion. Any excess hair should be trimmed.
• Cut tape to desired length.
• Fold length of tape in half and round the corners of the tape. This helps to keep the tape from catching on clothing and helps the tape to stay on longer.
• Tear tape backing 2 from one end.
• Stretch the area that is going to be taped. For taping instructions on specific areas, refer to the product insert in box.
• Anchor the tape with no stretch and apply rest of tape as outlined in the product insert in box.
• Rub the tape thoroughly to active the adhesive.
