Intended Use:
The device is intended to remove excess mucus from nasal passages of children.

Patient population:
Children with cold or rhinitis (including infants).

Directions For Use:

  • For product assembly, refer to the instruction manual.
  • Install batteries (2 x AA batteries).
  • Choose the proper nozzle according to the shape and size of your baby's nostrils. Make sure the suction nozzle is securely mounted on the collection cup and that the silicone suction nozzle is completely covering the rib before using.
  • Hold or place the child to be treated in an upright position or in a position where they are leaning slightly back. Do not use the device when the child is lying down.
  • Carefully insert the tip of the suction nozzle into one nostril of the child.
  • Be careful not to press against the inside wall of the nostril and do not insert the tip too far into the nostril. It is not intended to come into contact with the nasal mucous membrane.
  • During the treatment, hold the nasal aspirator at an angle of 40° to 50° to the face. Mucus is cleared by the aspirator without any additional external force.
  • Do not suction more than 6 seconds. Instead, short suction of 3 to 5 seconds multiple times.
  • Choose the proper gear. Press and hold the gear button while the device is clearing the mucus, and release the button to stop (I gear is recommended for first-time use).
  • Repeat the process as necessary on the other nostril. If the child experiences discomfort or pain, stop using the device immediately.
  • Clean the device after every use (refer to instruction manual).

Warning:

  • Moisten the nasal secretion before operation.
  • Ensure the baby's mouth is open during operation to allow air to flow smoothly through the nostrils.
  • Do not use nasal aspirator when the patient has nosebleed, acute head, face or neck injury, coagulation disease or hemorrhagic disease.
  • Do not use rechargable batteries.
  • It is recommended to replace the silicone suction nozzle every six months.
  • Only use the nasal aspirator after you have read and understood the instructions for use.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
