Since 1975, Sterimar™, pioneer of nasal hygiene, has put its expertise of the sea and its natural resources at the service of nasal health. Sterimar™ sprays are used by breathing therapists in the treatment of bronchiolitis. 

Indications: Sterimar Baby Nose Hygiene is a medical device recommended daily for babies from 0-3 years old to: 

  • Gently cleanse the nose and eliminate impurities (dust, fine pollution particles, mucus, allergens...).
  • Moisturize and restore the natural moisture of the nasal mucosa (heating, air conditioning).
  • Prevent ENT disorders (colds, otitis...) by reinforcing the nasal mucosa's defences.
  • Improve breathing to facilitate a good sleep and bottle or breast feeding.

Directions For Use:

  • On first use, spray once to start the system.
  • After each use, clean the nozzle with soapy water and dry. 
  • Use 2-6 times a day.
  • Daily recommended. 

(a) For hygiene and moisturizing of the nasal mucosa:

  • Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
  • Spray briefly 1-2 times in each nostril.
  • Let any excess solution run out before wiping the nose.

(b) For a deeper cleansing of nasal cavities:

  • Place the baby from 0-2 years old lying on his back or sitting up from the age of 2.
  • Baby's head tilted to the side, gently insert the nozzle into the uppermost nostril. 
  • Press the nozzle for approximately 2 seconds.
  • Let any excess solution run out of the other nostril then wipe the nose. 
  • Repeat the operation in the other nostril if necessary. 

Ingredients: Sea water 31.82mL, purified water qsp 100mL. 

Cautions:

  • Pressurized container, may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. 
  • Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
  • Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Use of the device is not intended to be a substitute for consultation with your physician.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
