Indications: Helps to relieve bloating, nausea, stomach aches, headaches, feverishness, and dry throat. It is recommended to consume Tolak Angin before long journeys, if you feel tired, or if you lost sleep.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• To be consumed directly from sachet or mixed with hot water or tea.
• For general wellness, consume 2 sachets every day for 7 days or more.
• If you feel cold/fever symptoms or have diarrhoea, consume 3 to 4 sachets per day.
• Before long journeys, consume 1 sachet. Consume 1 to 3 sachets if you are feeling motion sickness.
• Consume 1 sachet if you feel tired or lost sleep.
